Hi Folks,
My name is Kevin Chen. My wife and I are proud owners of Teppanyaki Kyoto Restaurant at 5808 Bryant Street, which we opened here in early 2012. We would like to introduce our food to any neighbors who might not have tried it before!
Tomorrow, Wednesday June 3rd, we will sell one of our popular Bentos (boxed meal sets) in front of our restaurant from 4PM to 6PM. Each bento will be$10 (CASH) and include a complimentary dessert. If you've never eaten from our menu (or our newly-expanded selection of Bento boxes), this is a great time to try it out!
Our tent will be curbside, so you're welcome to visit on foot or by car. If you walk here, please consider wearing face masks once you arrive!
CHICKEN MOMO Bento:
- Sautéed chicken thigh & onion w/ dry garlic teriyaki sauce & sansho
- Steamed Rice
- Takuan (Japanese pickled radish)
- Kinpira Gobo (carrot & burdock root sautéed in soy sauce)
- Takenoto no Tosani (simmered bamboo shoots flavored with Japanese bonito and soy sauce)
- ...And for dessert, every bento sold during the event will include a free Sakura Mochi - a pink rice cake with Sakura (cherry blossom) flavor and sweet red bean filling, wrapped in a Sakura leaf!
