I wanted to let everyone know that the class schedules are on the website
from now until the end of March. Since I won't be away for the
holidays we have added several new holiday-type classes as well as an extensive
amount of time during the season for private parties. It's a good way to
entertain with no work and especially no clean-up!
Please check out

Valentine Dinner for Two, Easter in Italy class, and Easter Brunch as well as
the regular classes. We also added a Creole/Cajun and German class
for 2013 to our list of ethnic foods.

caramelized bacon wrapped stuffed dates, broiled shrimp on
rosemary skewers with mint pesto, puff pastry palmiers with sun dried tomatoes,
goat cheese & pine nuts, mini quiches in prosciutto cups, spicy beef
sates, Mediterranean triangles, mushroom ragout on polenta rounds, red pepper
soup with Sambucca (easy to serve in cups), pomegranate champagne punch and
chocolate Kahlua cranberry mascarpone trifle for dessert. Most are
easy/make a-head items that take a minimal amount of time.
