Posting this for a close friend who owns a house in Morningside...<br><br>I own a House on Duffield St. I&#39;m looking to rent out the rooms if you
would be interested in a more communal living situation. I live there
with my dog mogli who is a friendly beagle/lab mix. He&#39;s only about 45
lbs and pretty easy to manage. I&#39;m looking for someone who could commit
to a year lease but as long as you can do 6 months we can talk. I have
a large room on the second floor that has a queen bed, a dresser, two
smallish closets and a vanity that would be $500/mo. including
utilities. There is only one bathroom. I have laundry machines in the
basement and use of them would be an extra $25 a month on rent. I also
have a third floor finished attic space. It has a low slanted cieling
but is a comfortably furnished and bright room. It also has a queen
sized futon couch, a twin bed, and a dresser but no closet space. It is
$400/mo. Wifi on a DSL internet connection is included in utilities.
