Some of my neighbors were kind enough to pass my
letter on to some city officials and they responded that they would give it some
attention.
I was up at the park today, and lo and behold the
bathroom was passably clean, had an extra roll of toilet paper, and we had lots
of HOT water! No soap or towels yet, but things are already getting
better.
