Standard Work Project Manager Job Description: A Project Manager will plan, coordinate, source, implement, and oversee the finalization of projects. All actions will be completed in accordance with the “Scope of Work,” deadlines, and budget. The Project Manager will oversee projects and vendors from the planning stage, through the sourcing and implantation stages, and will be responsible for reporting and client satisfaction. He/she will manage the project team (vendors) and is ultimately responsible for the success or failure of the project. The success or failure of the project will be based on the objectives set by the client and the language contained within the “Scope of Work.” Success of a project is typically determined by, but is not limited to, the Project Manager’s ability to, complete a project within the financial budget agreed upon, the established time that is agreed upon, and the Project Managers interpersonal interaction and communication between our clients and vendors.
