I just used "Mr. Particular", and I agree with the Manns' positive recommendation. It was a smallish job, but it was clear from his approach that he's a very competent and reliable craftsman, and from what he (proudly) showed me in his portfolio, he can do substantial jobs. He's certainly worth contacting for an estimate, so you can draw your own conclusions.
