Hello Neighbor is growing out of our co-working space and I’m on the hunt for new space.

Looking for desk space for 8, space for a conference table, kitchenette, accessibility entrance and a bathroom.

Ground floor preferred. We’d like to have a welcome hub for refugees and immigrants where they can stop in to find out about local services. Also the ability to set up a space for small classes.

The space of a salon or store on Penn in Garfield would be perfect.

I’ve been focusing my search in Garfield, Friendship, Shadyside and East Liberty. Could extend to Lawrencville, Bloomfield, Oakland, Sq Hill or another great spot.

If you’re a landlord or have a lease ending or have any recommendations please let me know! I do have a realtor and have a loop net search open but I know personal connections can really win the day. Hoping someone has a gem they’re willing to share with me.

Max budget around $2,400.
