My name is Caitlin, and I’m your friendly neighborhood Health Coach and Massage Therapist. Some of you may recall the days I practiced out of East End Eden on Penn Ave. However, I am SO excited to be newly located at the beautiful Nuin Center, Thursdays through Sundays!

I am here to help you organize and prioritize your own self-care and healthful practices, in alignment with your vision, so that you can have at least one less thing to worry about, stop sacrificing your own health and happiness, give more, & love bigger. I’m committed to walking with you as you step into your own power, generate a sense of ease, and engage fully with your life.
