Memory Bears

Hi, I’m looking for someone that can make Memory Bears. I had a wonderful lady make some a few years back after my brother passed away and I’m look for someone to make some from my dad’s shirts now. I can’t seem to get a hold of the lady that made them so I’m assuming she’s no longer available. If anyone out there does this or can recommend someone I’d really appreciate it.
