[Highland Park] HPCC Proposed Revisions to By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation Vote October 18th, 2012

The Highland Park Community Council (HPCC) is proposing the following amendments to both: 1. The Highland Park Community Council, Inc. BY-LAWS 2. The HPCC Articles of Incorporation These amendments were presented to the membership at the September 19, 2012 Annual meeting of HPCC and have been revised as noted in the attached.
