Hello Neighbors! Please join us next Thursday, September 19th for the 3rd annual neighborhood Hullabaloo event *4-7pm @ Rhododendron Shelter (off Stanton Ave) in Highland Park* There'll be free food, live music, face-painting & children's activities, soda and beer tasting (ID required), and door prizes! Face-painting will run from 4:30 to 6:30 pm The soda tasting theme is "Soda from Around the World" and the beer tasting theme is "The Best of 16 Local Breweries" Our park rangers will be on hand and so will the zoo's Zoomobile! The musical lineup includes 3 returning favorites: - 4-5 pm Downtempo - West African percussion and other "world music" - 5 - 6 pm Mitch Hal - Appalachian music on his 5-string banjo - 6 - 7 pm Michael Stang - “Fun Facts” will play original tunes and some popular covers. Come meet and relax with your neighbors as we say goodbye to summer and hello to fall!
