Class is offered on *zoom and in the studio (mask required to enter Stephen Foster Community Centre, but optional in class)



NEW! Friday Yoga 8 a.m. gentle flow: stretch, strengthen and balance. All levels. Enjoy a gentle yoga class on zoom.

Classes are 1 hour and are $15 or pay what you can. 10 class pass $125. 

Private classes are available as well.
