Hi neighbors<div dir="auto">My horticulture friend showed me years ago how she picked all of her green tomatoes, large and small and put them on newspaper covered trays or box tops. She put them in a back room out of the sun and covered them with another sheet of newspaper . Weeks later, they were ripe and ready to be chopped up for chili, soups or  put into the freezer for later. No waste. <br><div dir="auto"><br></div></div>
