Hi Everyone –

I wanted to personally invite you to some upcoming Girl Scout events that will be held in your area.  These evenings are a chance for girls to experience a taste of Girl Scouting, and to give families the opportunity to learn more about how a new troop can begin in the area.  Please feel free to share this information with anyone you feel might be interested.

Daisy Tea – For Kindergarten Girls and Families

Parental Stress Center
5877 Commerce St.
Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008
6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

We will play games, sing songs, and even share in a special Tea Party.  Don’t forget your Teddy Bear!

Girl Scout Family Night - For Girls of All Ages and their Families

Pittsburgh Minadeo

6502 Lilac St.

Wednesday, March 5, 2008

6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Volunteers are needed in order for new troops to be formed in the area.  You don’t have to be a parent nor do you need Girl Scout experience to volunteer!  We offer free training and support along the way.  All you need is a desire to support girls in your community!

To RSVP for an event, or to find our more about volunteer opportunities, please contact Heather at hkeefe@gstrillium.org or 412-594-2225

Yours in Girl Scouting,

Heather
