A "new" state representative will be elected on April 5, 2022, to serve the remaining 8-months of Mayor Ed Gainey's term in Harrisburg.
Because it's a "special election" it is possible only one name will be listed on the ballot (the candidate "hand-picked" by the local political establishment).
599 signatures from District #24 registered voters will allow Todd Elliott Koger's name on the ballot as a candidate "not affiliated" with a political party. All registered Democrats, Republicans and Independents of District #24 can sign.
Attached please find a "nomination paper" for Todd Elliott Koger. It is a two-sided document and must be printed as such. Please return it before February 10, 2022.
