I live in the vicinity of King Ave. To the person/persons who allow their dog outside in their yard at 2:00 AM to bark, bark, bark loudly and constantly, (you know who you are), please have some consideration for the people whose sleep has been repeatedly disturbed by this. I'm really hoping you're on the listserv and see this.
