[Highland Park] Baby sitter?

I'm looking for recommendations (including self-recommendations... lol) for an occasional weekend and school-closed sitter for my 4 1/2 yr old boy and 1 yr old girl. A really obnoxious but (eventually) sweet dog comes with this deal. High schoolers are a possibility for weekend nights, but I'd really prefer an adult who could do occasional days when school is closed or the kids have colds, etc. Thanks!
