This is a great home rower. It has quiet, smooth action; offers 14 resistance levels, has a comfy seat, has cables which attach to the rear frame for  arm exercises (independent of the rowing function).

I purchased this in November '23, and assembled it in Jan '24 (except for the arm cables, which I didn't need). It's been used less than 30 minutes; an injury shortly after assembly means this is no longer appropriate exercise equipment for me.
