Union Project is happy to announce a new community class, Community Wellness Classes, taught by Gia T. Cacalano, beginning in May!
Over the course of her 25-year teaching and performance career in New York City and Pittsburgh, Gia has developed a system of increasing overall wellness that merges elements of Pilates, Yoga, Release Technique, and Mind/Body Centering. The class is designed to lengthen, tone, and strengthen
muscles, while focusing on proper skeletal alignment and core stability, using
a movement-based approach.
