[Highland Park] Black and white kitty

Dear all, Our cat wandered off this morning. He's a skinny black and white cat. Black body, white chest w/ very long whiskers. He's a total lover/snuggler: He'll jump into anyone's arms, loves to be pet, and will try to sit up on a shoulder if given the opportunity.
