We've had quite a few responses from folks interested in this item. Rather than e-mail you all individually, which would take a significant percentage of my afternoon (although it's nice to be in touch with so many neighbors!), I'm posting this information to the listserv.

All interested parties are in a queue, in order of their response to the original posting. Someone is coming to look at the castle today or tomorrow. If this person does not want the castle, I will contact the next person in the queue, and so on until the castle has been taken. I will then post a notice to this effect on the listserv. So, if I don't personally respond to your e-mail, please don't take umbrage! And thanks for your interest!
