We've been renovating our highland park home for over a year now.  Our general contractor/construction guy, Steve, has been excellent, and we wanted to share his information with other highland park residents as we're finishing up and it can be hard to find a reliable contractor. 
 
He's fully licensed and insured with the state, and has been working in construction for over 35 years.  Examples of projects he did for us are: additions/framing, drywall, plaster repair, kitchen remodel, tile work, crown molding and other trim work, window and door installation, fence building, etc.
