Neighbors, I'm helping an immigrant mother find an apartment for her and her three daughters. They do not have a large budget and really have to move. Open to locations, neighborhoods, etc. They are currently in Carnegie but she loves the Bloomfield Farmer's Market and took a class at EECM so know this whole area really well.
