Dear Councilman Dowd:

 

The Pennsylvania Resources Council is pleased to inform you that the DEA has scheduled another Prescription Drug Take Back Day collection on Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. which will enable area residents to safely dispose of their unwanted medications free of charge. All City of Pittsburgh Police Departments will participate in the collection event, in addition to numerous other drop-off locations throughout western Pennsylvania.

 

Acceptable items include: Prescription (including both controlled and non-controlled substances), non-prescription and over-the-counter medications.
