Ivan White, owner of Synergy Fitness by Ivan, will be conducting Cardio-Strength group exercise classes at the Nuin Center (5655 Bryant Street) beginning January 7th!
If you're looking for a cardiovascular challenge that will strengthen your heart and lungs while toning muscle and melting fat, show up for this Cardio-Strength class and get ready to work!
Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays beginning January 7th,
9:30am-10:30am for 12 weeks.

Ivan will also be holding a Metabolic Conditioning course at
Silverio-Hoffman Fitness in Squirrel Hill (6514 Wilkins Avenue) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning January 8th for 12 weeks!
