Dear neighbors,

I remember what a great resource the Highland Park Contractor list was. It's now very old and needs to be updataed. As just a document, it is very difficult to maintain. With all of the information being posted about good and bad contractors, I am getting very overwhelmed. I propose that we start a database that we can keep updated from which we could post a current report, monthly or weekly.

I am a microsoft Access database programmer and I would be willing to donate my time to CREATE, SET UP, and PROGRAM (menus and all) an Access database for this purpose. I enjoy doing this. BUT, I despise entering data! So if we could get a few volunteers to keep up with the data, I'd be willing to stay on as consultant for any program bugs or new features you would like to implement as long as someone ELSE took care of maintaining data.

I think this would be a great resource for the community. Any intersest from the neighbors?
