After 36 years in Highland Park, I have sold my house and am storing some stuff for future use, trashing other stuff and selling yet other stuff.  This is the beginning of the first wave of sale items which will continue sporadically for a  week or so.

This email presents the following items:

Baby Grand Piano manufactured by Richmond.  Piano measures 58" from front to back.  Piano was refinished in black enamel or lacquer, but is not blemish free at this point.  It is presentable and has been in my living room, but needs TLC to be furniture value.  The piano was tuned some years ago, but is now out of tune.  When last tuned the soundboard was in good shape.  Several keys (at each end of the keyboard) do not produce sound.  This may or may not be a tuning issue.  One key mid-keyboard is misaligned and needs repair (can be seen in photograph).  The piano was used by my children when they were playing instruments, but they are all grown and gone and the piano has not been used for about 15 years.  I have no reason to believe it cannot be returned to a quality reasonable for use; on the other hand, I have no reason to believe what it might take to do so.

I have not finally priced this piano but would expect it to be about $500.  At last tuning it was appraised at $1,200.  Given the lack of a firm price, I will accept offers, both above and below the target price.  Highest price before it goes to Craig's List takes it.  Buyer moves the piano.
