Hello neighbors,

 

There is a new yoga session starting Sept.15th at the Nuin Center.  It is a great class for beginners as well as those who are experienced. My husband and I have found yoga combined along with our exercise regimen has made an enormous difference for us. The relaxation benefits we experience after a class are amazing, and she will let you try it paying the drop in fee of $10.
