Or just relax and watch as a few uniquely French surprises unfold! 10 am - 3 pm Brunch Paris 66 favorites plus Bastille Day special features. 11 am - 10 pm All-you-can-eat  Moules, Frites, Crepes en plein air (outdoors). 5 pm - 10 pm Special Prix Fixe Dinner Menu You-Pick-Two or You-Pick-Three special selections. 4 pm - 9 pm Soirée Guinguette  Live music and dancing, nostalgic French style. French Lesson:  What is a Guinguette? A "guinguette" is a local gathering place, often by a river, popular in France in the early 20th century.  Families and friends would go there on a summer afternoon to relax, enjoy good food and wine, and celebrate life. We'll probably skip the French tradition of bathing in the river.
