The IIAL started a new Spanish cooking class on Monday 16th and it will meet every Monday from 6 to 8PM at Food Glorious Food: 5906 Bryant St. Highland Park.

 

Learn Spanish while you also learn how to prepare delicious Latin-American dishes such as Arepas, Empanadas, Patacones (fried plantains), Arroz con coco (coconut rice), Frijoles antioqueños (Colombian beans), Jugos Naturales: Melon, Patilla, Papaya, Guayaba, agua de panela (variety of natural juices), Sangria, among other delicacies!

You can enroll for 5 sessions (2 hours each) for only $200 or 10 for just $400. This fee includes the Spanish and Culinary classes plus a small dinner after each class.
