A lot of nonprofit agencies throughout the city, such as Women's Center and Shelter, accepts donations. There's a list of items wanted on their website and how to contact them. Other great places to donate your unwanted items could be some of the local homeless shelters, like East End Cooperative Ministry or the Family Support Centers. There's a Family Support Center for the East Liberty neighborhood in the Kingsley Center.

They will pick up larger items.OFF THE FLOOR PITTSBURGH accepts furniture and will pick up.AMVETS will pick up most everything. http://www.amvetspickup.orgThat's a short list. There are many more.Happy Donating,Nancy
