strawberries, no-fail chocolate fudge, chocolate nutella candy, and chocolate
fondue with candied orange pee, raspberries, & almond macaroons. ( only 3 seats available)
2/2 Tapas: $70.00, Thursday 6:00-9:00 PM
dessert fritters filled with egg custard, sangria, Spanish coffee with
shipped cream and chocolate, roasted sweet onions with cabrales blue cheese,
salad of oranges, fennel, red onion, mint and an orange yogurt dressing, baked
leeks with Serrano ham, grilled chorizo kebabs, spicy potatoes, and shrimp in
manzanilla sherry cream sauce.
2/3 Mexican: $65.00, Friday 6:00-9:00 PM
roasted pumpkin ancho chili soup, sopes with chorizo and goat cheese,
rellenos con picadilla (stuffed poblanos), chipotle BBQ ribs, creamy rice and
corn with poblanos, apple and sweet cheese empanadas and Mexican hot

2/10 Valentine Dinner For Two: $130.00 a couple, Friday

shrimp bisque, Cornish game hen, asparagus hollandaise, garlic rosemary
potatoes, mixed greens with caramelized shallots, fig, walnuts, blue cheese and
polenta croutons, chocolate tulip cups filled with ice cream and topped with
Godiva liquor and chocolate covered strawberries. (our Saturday evening class is sold out and this class will fill up
quickly)
2/11 Vietnamese: $65.00, Sunday 2:00-5:00 PM
beef pho (soup with rice noodles, chilies, & herbs), fresh rice paper
rolls with chicken, herbs, and a peanut dipping sauce, baby back ribs with a
spicy orange BBQ sauce, Saigon rice noodle stir fry with pork, chicken,
asparagus, bok choy & sprouts, grilled lemongrass beef salad, and lemongrass
tea (only 4 seats available)
