Good morning friends and potential neighbors!

My husband and I are looking to purchase a home in Highland Park within the next two months and would greatly appreciate it if you would keep us in mind if you are considering selling or know of someone else selling their home.  Our ideal space would be a 3br/1.5ba, hardwoods, dependable gas/electric/water and a small yard. We are open to purchasing a home in need of a little tender, loving care.

Insofar as the kind of neighbors we are, we always have a cup of (unprocessed) sugar or (local-farm-raised) eggs to loan.  Our (rescued) miniature schnauzer teaches a relaxation yoga class in his free time and we are sure any children we have will be well-behaved-non-screaming-or-tree-climbing-early-reading-non-mailbox-bashing-gifted-and-talented angels who would be happy to babysit for free.  My extremely good-looking husband tends to mow the lawn with his shirt off.  I know seven types of CPR and we’d love to come to your BBQ/Yard Sale/Pot Luck/Supper Club/Neighborhood Watch/Restoration/Beautification/Committee Meetings.
