I regularly see panhandlers with cardboard signs, and often with a dog,at the entrances to Giant Eagle and get Go on Freeport Road.

 

I must admit I have given them money ... it's the dog that gets me.

 

Does anyone have any idea where they stay/spend the nights?   I see familiar faces so I am suspect that they are really 'traveling'.
