Back in the sixties, people used to get together to sing folk songs, especially songs of struggle and protest. We called them hootenannies, or hoots. Please bring your copy of Rise Up Singing. Bring your guitar, if you play, or other instrument. Bring your favorite songs, maybe with 10 or a dozen copies, so others can join. Bring yourself, your mother and children. Check it out.
