Hello Neighbors, we just did a quick renovation of our basement thanks to our architect-carpenter neighbor, so now our teen daughter has a place to hang with her friends. Much of the restoration was done with used materials and we want to continue in that vein in the interest of using fewer resources and keeping the price down.
