Some years ago when my son was interested in model trains, I made a train board for him on which he could build railroad layouts.  As years went by, all of my kids used the train board for puzzles, etc.  The advantage of the board is that it was made to roll under a standard, double bed.  It is constructed of 4' x 6' homasote with a wooden frame for rigidity and caster at four corners.  It is about 4" thick.  The kids could do whatever they wanted to do, build railroad layouts, assemble puzzles, artwork, etc., and ten simply roll it under the bed without having to disassemble their work or have to walk around a large object in their room.

The kids are gone, the train board is in the way, and it is free for someone to take it away for their kids.  As usual, this is first come first served, which means not the first person to respond or reply, but the first who can come and get it.  I'm going to place it on my deck later today and it is best seen and taken away via the cul de sac on High Park Place (I'm at the very end on the left).
