PRIVATE CONTRACTOR WILL BE WORKING ON FIFTH AVENUE IN SHADYSIDE The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) will be shutting the water main servicing Fifth Avenue at Denniston Street in Shadyside for a private contractor to perform water repair work on private property. The private contractor will be working tomorrow, Saturday, December 19, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The Ellis School will have no water service during this time and has already been notified.
