[Highland Park] Free sand box sand, from Winterton block party

There is still a pile of sandbox sand at the corner of Winterton and Bryant that is free for the taking. I was hoping the people responsible for the block party would be taking care of this, but it’s been about a month since the party and the sand pile is still there. Steve Karl
