Hey neighbors, 

We’re having an issue with some water intrusion that our roofer thought may be from an issue with our chimney (possibly a deteriorating chimney cap). The challenge is our chimney is pretty high and the roof is steeply pitched, so we keep striking out with contractors willing/able to do the work. 

Starting to feel a bit desperate given the ongoing water intrusion so any/all suggestions welcome!
