Hi everyone,
Sadly I will be moving out of the neighborhood soon and many of the items that I have acquired over my happy 4-year residence in Highland Park will need to be liquidated. If you are interested in any of the items below, please email me for more details if needed or to set up a time to come see/pick up the items. I am happy to help with loading if you need a hand.
Schwinn S-60 DSX adult mountain bike - $75 – Bike is basically brand new. I rode it a maximum of 4 miles total on roads around the neighborhood in the past year or so that I’ve had it. There is nothing wrong with it, but I got it as a gift and I don’t use it much so it’s not worth moving it. It cost somewhere between $150 - $200 new, so it’s a decent bike for a casual rider.
52” RCA HDTV (Model: D52W25) - $75 – Has great sound and a good picture and I don’t even have HD cable, so it is probably capable of much more. Some minor cosmetic wear to the frame and body, but the screen is in good shape. One small scratch near the top that isn’t noticeable when you’re watching something. The thing has a ton of input ports so it would be good for a rec room or for video games or as a backup TV. Obviously, since it’s 52 inches, it’s pretty large but it’s surprisingly light for a floor standing TV of this size. Does not have a remote, but if you have cable, you can just use your comcast/verizon remote. Here is a spec sheet for it (the TV, not the giraffe):

Two 24 inch bar stools - $10 for the pair – They have some sort of metal frame with a wooden seat. They are pretty tough and sturdy. I’ve stood on them to reach / clean high things and they did not crumple under my ~230 pounds, so most people are probably more than safe to sit on them, which is good because that is their intended purpose.
Two wooden “Windsor” style kitchen chairs - $15 for the pair – These are made of wood and are very solidly built. I’ve stood on these to reach high things as well and they didn’t budge at all. Very well constructed and tough. One of them has a piece of packing tape on it that I had a dickens of a time trying to scrape off, so I just left it on. Some sort of solvent could probably help get it off, but I didn’t want to damage the finish, so that is up to the buyer. I’m only selling these because I somehow accumulated more chairs than I can fit at my small kitchen table.
Braun Tassimo 3107 Single-Cup Coffee Maker - $15 – Clean and in good condition, cost around $100 when it was purchased a few years back. It works fine but I used it very little, so I don’t see a point in moving it with me.
Thanks for looking! Email me for more info or if you want pictures.
