Hi Everyone

 

I know there has been other posts about Verizon Fios, but I have not seen any response on the quality, customer service, reliability, etc...of the service.  I am thinking about switching our phone and internet to it.  Are there any issues that I should be aware of? 

 

I work from home and I am on the phone and internet all the time so I need to make sure they are both reliable.  

 

Also, do you see a major difference in speed on the internet?  (I currently have DSL)
