Youth Ceramics Class - Cost $95 - 6 Saturdays, Apr 30 - June 11 (excluding Memorial Day weekend), 9:30-11:30am

Instructor: Joseph Delphia and Jenna Vanden Brink
Students, ages 8-13, will create functional and decorative work drawing upon their imaginations and environment for inspiration. Projects will provide students with an opportunity to find inspiration in area architecture and natural forms. Students will have an opportunity to explore various hand building techniques and will also get a chance to try their hand at the potter's wheel.

Squirt Clay Class - Cost $95 - 6 Mondays, May 2 - June 13 (excluding Memorial Day), 6-7pm

Instructor: Jenna Vanden Brink
This class introduces clay as a medium to our youngest students. They learn the basics of hand building through masks, pinch pots, sculpture, and coil pots. While working with clay, students' creative ideas will be encouraged by images of historic ceramic works and stories from modern children's literature.

Homeschooler Mosaic Class - Cost $95 - 6 Mondays, May 2 - June 13 (excluding Memorial Day), 10-12pm

Instructor: Laura Harnish
Frogs, butterflies, sea monsters, robots from outer space: if you can imagine it, you can make it with mosaic!  In this 6-week class, we'll use recycled colorful glass tesserae to transform reclaimed transom window frames. No experience necessary.  Wear closed-toed shoes and play clothes.  Have a blast with this funky, fractured art form. Homeschoolers, ages 8-14, of all levels can enjoy this class to start or continue their exploration of mosaics.
