My husband and I are interested in adding a young adult cat to our family. Due to the age and health of our oldest cat, the vet advised us against adopting a cat that has been exposed to the viruses commonly found in outdoor and shelter cats. He told us that if we got a cat from a shelter, we would need to quarantine the cat for three weeks. If you know of a young adult cat, in good health and preferably one that gets along with other cats, that is looking for a new home, please send me an email. (We don't want to be picky, but we would prefer to avoid a black or black and white cat at this time.) Thanks! Amy
