We are seeking a fourth roommate for our four bedroom House on Mellon St.  It's in a very quiet area near Fulton school. It's near bus-lines and several great places to eat. 

It's very spacious with four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully furnished living room and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We also have a little guest room. 

The utilities are gas, electric, and cable/internet. The rent is 275 a month.
