My housemate was on a walk through the park this evening (17 March)
around 5:30 when he came across a small tortoiseshell/calico cat crouching beside a
carrier alongside the road. She is very friendly but also
(understandably) terrified. We took her home but since we have cats already
we can’t keep her. We set up a shelter for her in our garage and will
contact the Humane Animal Rescue in the morning (18 March), with the goal of surrendering her to their Hamilton Ave location.
I have photos if anyone would like to see them, she is a very sweet kitty!
