Due to the nearly 100 percent change of rain called for in the forecast, the Halloween Parade will be postponed by one day. The new date and time are below:

What: HPCC Halloween Costume Parade

When: 1 pm to 2:30 pm Sunday, Oct. 28 

Where: Fountain in Highland Park
