Hello.  I’ve lost 25 pounds since January, mostly through a stationary bike and smaller portions.  However, I need to take it to the next level.  I recently started jogging around the reservoir, but I find it difficult to push myself.  .  So, I’m looking for 5:30AM jogging partners to keep my weight loss going.  Any semi-seasoned joggers who are out in the early AM and looking for others to run with?  Or, is anyone interested in starting a physical training club to do sit-ups and push-ups, followed by a run around the reservoir or around the neighborhood?
