A cat with a collar on it, with the name Marlow is frequently in our backyard ( very close to the  corner of Highland and Jackson) and he is aggressive and mean to our indoor and outdoor cats.

Today one of our cat climbed all the way on top of tree and could not come down. He was crying for help.

My daughter had to climb all the way up to try to rescue, she got hurt.

When I tried to kick Marlow out of our backyard he will not move but try to attack me.
