Car stereo repair

Hi neighbors, I have several CDs stuck in my car stereo. I'd like to have the CDs removed and, hopefully, not a new system put in. I am willing to pay for a cheap replacement if need be. Does anyone know of a place I can get this done? I checked out Audioworkx on Rt. 51 on recommendation from my mechanic, but they closed down. Thanks, Reggie
